On the other hand, if we look to the examples that I had taken from both dictionaries, the Macmillan dictionary has found more meanings to the noun «mouse», so, that could mean that this dictionary provides the reader with more vocabulary. The only difference may be that with oxford dictionary we could translate words and also texts and that it is more prepared than the other one, because, you can use different dictionaries depending on what you want to search. If we compare this dictionary with Oxford Dictionary we find that they are similar in some aspects especially, because both of them are well-known dictionaries and apart from that, both of them use different aspects of the language, such as, pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar, in order to help the readers learning good English. Moreover, we can suggest more words which do not appear in the dictionary, this way, all together, we can improve the vocabulary of this site, and become better every day.
